COOL WHEELS. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 2 stars cause tue wheels are cool -3 cause their business model is terrible. My story is too long to tell so I will try to bullet point the mistakes. 👍called to order standard design 👍offered concave, ok. 👍waited for drawing 🚫Never made concave in this design before so drawing is taking time. 🚫Pictures finally sent, offset was backward. I had to catch that. 🚫Corrected but delivered with chrome plated lip when I paid for high polished aluminum. Chrome started to bubble after 3 months. 🚫 Sent me polished outer rings expecting me to take the tires off, wheel apart, and reassemble. Truck got hit in the back while parked. Upon taking the wheels off the truck noticed cracks at specific points in the rim ON ALL 4, every spoke. Sent center back to MTW. 🚫They blamed

I needed my 22inch rim repaired. Had it cracked and bent pretty bad. After asking repair shops around Oxnard/Camarillo/Ventura, every one of them were telling me No! It can't be repaired! Until I got recommended over here at MTW and they proved everyone wrong!! They were able to repair and fix it perfectly. Thank you so much Martel and the entire staff for making the impossible -possible! Definitely recommend anyone to come visit these guys!

Got my tire replaced decent on prices and open Sundays but that’s all that’s good about them. Horrible customer service and they treat there staff like trash. Ownership is disrespectful and rude.

We needed a tire to get our son home to Bakersfield after the holiday. On his way home he got a flat tire on 126. We were told the used tire we bought had 40% tread which would get him home easily and safely. When we got the tire out of the car to put on our son’s car the tire they sold us was down to the wear mark. Not 40% or even close. And now they are closed. So we hope he makes it home safely.

Holy crap I got lucky to have to have found this place! I needed an unusual sized tire for my tow vehicle and 4 tires for the vintage travel trailer I bought in town. They had everything I needed right there, excellent service and attitudes!!! Thank you Martel and team!!!
