Express Kitchens: Brookfield

We were very satisfied with Express Kitchen’s. Everything went smoothly, and timely and very happy with the final product. Chris at the Hartford store was great to work with and Victor was especially helpful with all the coordination he did after the purchase to get us to a smooth install.

We had a very good experience working with Express kitchens ,Dan who was our sales representative in Brookfield CT. office was wonderful to work with very accommodating. We had an issue with a plumbing problem in our new kitchen and our kitchen had to be disassembled. There was some damage to the new cabinets. Dan was able to expedite the replacement cabinets so we can get our kitchen back together. Express kitchen also came and removed our existing granite tops without cracking them and reinstall them very professional job done By the installers, highly recommend Express kitchens. I used Express Kitchens in 2016 for my remodel, my daughter used them last year for their massive kitchen remodel, and they just completed my new kitchen in my brand new build. They haven’t disappointed me yet! Dan in the Brookfield office is a saint. I completely changed my mind about the whole cabinet and countertop style 2 weeks after we put the original plan together, and he just went with it with a great attitude. My husband and I worked with Richard Cruz in Bridgeport and he absolutely knew the ins and outs of designing, pricing and scheduling all the major milestones of our project as we hoped for. (We had a friend that is a general contractor that was able to fill in on aspects such as drywall and flooring, which were not covered by Express Kitchens and could recommend electricians and plumbers we needed for our appliances) We got renderings and also a detail list of all the items on order. I was getting my kitchen redone and went to Express Kitchens in Brookfield for my cabinets. My husband and I and our contractor worked with Chellie Root. She was amazing! She was patient with our many questions, never rushed us, and had wonderful ideas. The cabinets were perfect, reasonably priced, and delivered quickly. I highly recommend Express Kitchens and Chellie.
