I was initially impressed with the sales person Bob. After he invited us to his home to see his room, we decided to buy vinyl track windows for our existing screened porch. We then had to deal with John. The contractor Jesse came out to begin work but got sick. He left home and equipment wherever he dropped it. He came back the second day but left the same way again. This time my back gate was open, his power tools still plugged up and trash, nails and materials left insecure and unsightly. John came out to clean up the mess that his crew left. The third time they came to finish the job, I was not pleased! The paint job was a mess and windows were improperly installed. Another day, here they come to fix that! I thought it would be ok, until it rained! Water started coming into my sunroom

I had my patio enclosed December 2018 and my family and I really enjoy entertaining family and friends. Mina Mack, your comment is interesting. I am having problem with mine leaking and the metal is detached in two areas but I am having trouble getting someone to come to check on my problems.

John, the owner was very pleasant to work with. He came out and did the measurements in a timely manner and he was very straight forward about the price and told me about when they would start building my screened in patio. Jessie and his partner did a wonderful job of building my patio. I was 100% satisfied with his workmanship and he was very friendly to speak to. I would highly recommend Express Sunrooms for their professionalism, friendliness and their rates are affordable compared to a few other places I received quotes from.
