We’ve wanted to upgrade our flooring for years, and now that it’s done, we honestly wish we hadn’t waited so long! Expressive Flooring exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ve had our flooring for about 6 months, and it’s already popping up throughout our house. I’ve reached out to the company several times, and while they initially claimed they’d send someone to fix it, no one followed through. I later received a call from a different number saying they didn’t see any issues when they came, which was shocking because no one communicated this to me and you can clearly see there is an issue. When I spoke to a representative, they promised to send an email so I could provide photos of the problem—but I never received anything. We’re still under warranty, and I’m now concerned we’ll have to pay out of pocket to fix this issue ourselves. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability from a company with over 4 stars. How is that

Annie was amazing to work with. Expressive Flooring installed carpet in my son's house and I was so impressed, I had to have the carpet replaced at my house also. I am equally impressed with the results at my house. The price was competitive. I made a decision and placed my order on a Monday and the job was completed on Friday of the same week.
