When we first arrived, we saw there was already dispute between Leon and another customer who claimed the wrong cabinets were designed and sent (which should have been a red flag). Leon confidently pointed out it was the customers’ mistake and did not admit fault. At that time I chose to believe Leon because he is super nice (when there is no issue and trying to make a sale). However, a few weeks later, the same issue occurred with us. When we gave him call, instead of owning the mistake and working with us for a solution, he immediately puts the blame back on us and starts yelling and claiming x,y,z were confirmed and even photos were pulled up, etc. However, we went with a few people and we were certain that the conversation he claimed we had did not occur. We always get cabinets here, their cabinets are cheap, and pretty good quality. They are efficient as well. But sometimes it can be busy. Over all I do recommend this place if you want to buy cabinets.
