Exstream Water Solutions

One year homeowner here. I’ve used Exstream Water Solutions for three different projects & adding a fourth coming up this week. So far, they have installed a french drain system along with beautiful black gutters to assist with my water drainage & also added a wonderful 6 zone irrigation system with WiFi. I’m very pleased with Bill & his team. They are professional, attentive & operate with integrity. Personally, I’m thrilled each time they show up because I know I will receive quality work & service. I will 100% contact them for any of my future needs

All I can say is OUTSTANDING!! This Company truly should be rated as a 10 Star company! Bill the owner has the whole package for customer service. Old fashion standards are the norm for this Company..like answering the phone on the second ring. I wish more companies would follow these customer standards. I needed an sprinkler inspection for a new home I purchased. The inspection need to happen the following day at a very specific time. Could Bill and his company make this happen!! Absolutely 💯!! All I can say is thank you Bill and you have my business for life!

We are very happy with the service we received! They came out very quickly and fixed two sprinkler heads we needed and then discovered some other unknown issues and fixed those right away as well. Highly recommend!

If you value transparency from a business and timely communication then look elsewhere. We booked a french drain installation May 2024 and was told we were looking up to 120 day wait. There was no communication from the company or updates (they had our deposit). Upon reaching out, we were told they were behind. The company did not come out until November, installed the drain in two days and did not haul away the dirt they dug up. The dirt was placed in a corner in our backyard. It is my understanding that the price of the installation included re-sodding - which was poorly done and hauling away of the dirt. I wish we would have gone with a different company.
