4 years ago Exterior Contractor replaced my roof. They did a superior job and I was extremely happy. Yesterday I noticed two shingles had come lose. (Truly not surprising after the weather we have had over the past year.) I called the company and ask if they would come by and repair it. They were here within 3 hours and fixed the shingles. Told me "no charge, under warranty". This is a reputable company with roots in the community and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy working with Benjamin of Exterior Contractor regarding re-roofing our house. He came highly recommended by a neighbor for both his personal expertise in the construction business and the quality and wide variety of the colors available of the shingles (Atlas Pinnacle). Similar to the other contractors, he came with aerial measurements and configurations (I guess a combination of Google Earth maps and construction software), but he still did a full walking tour of the roof looking to eliminate any "got-ya" surprises found after work started and made sure his estimate was as comprehensive and accurate as possible. I really appreciated that unlike many other contractors, I always got a real person when I called, either their front desk person or Benjamin, the owner himself. I was delighted with the end result. Their service was top notch, professional and courteous. They have all the equipment needed and it was in great condition. I highly recommend.
