Exterior Heroes

For the most part, my experience was good with Exterior Heroes. The workers came early in the morning and stayed with it until evening. I think they worked a 10 or 11 hour day! I will say it was a little challenging to communicate since the workers didn’t speak English. They used an app on their phone to translate. It was ok but not great. Eddie did check in now and then to see if everything was okay. We had a couple of issues that they took care right away. I appreciated that. They did a good job on the house and garage. It looks professional and I very pleased. Only one complaint, I’m still finding nails in the gravel driveway. The nails fly everywhere!

We recently had Exterior Heroes come out for a siding project for our house. They were fantastic throughout the whole process and did an amazing job. This is the 2nd job we've had them do, the first one was from a little over a year ago when we had them replace our gutters. Very happy with the company and will be going to them again for future projects.

Top notch company! Professional from beginning to end of process. They are very efficient and keep in communication about your project. I'd highly recommend for all your housing needs. To add a footnote, Eddie came back and fixed the curtain mounts that had fallen. This company goes out of their way to make your experience perfect. Once again I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Exterior Heros. The team did a professional job installing my Hardie plank siding and gutters, and the price was very fair. I’m extremely happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I would definitely use them again. Update: After the installation, I noticed that some of the vents were making noise in strong winds. I reached out to them, and they came back out and replaced all of the vents at no charge. No hassle, no excuses, just great customer service and standing behind their work. It’s rare to find a company that continues to take care of their customers even after the job is done, and that really says a lot about their professionalism and integrity.

I worked with Exterior Heros to replace the siding and gutters on my home. I was interested in a hardy board like product. They had a nice variety of different products available in their showroom which was helpful for visualization. Their salesperson was extremely helpful in sourcing different color samples, and not just the swatches they bring on a typical sales call, so I could get a feel for what the product would look like installed at scale on my home. Throughout the sales and install process I worked with a team of 4 different people which kept the communication pretty tight. They were accommodating to changes mid-project - clearly communicated changes in cost due to materials/time - so there were no surprises. I’m so happy with the final product!! I’d certainly work with them again
