The President of this company, Pat Tully, posted a video of an elderly man falling on the ice in the neighborhood group for everyone to laugh at. Doesn’t sound like he has much integrity at all. Choose a different company to work with.

Awful experience. Had 1 conversation with them. Never hired them. Hired another company. A month later we found someone climbing a ladder onto our roof. Said he was from Exteriors. We chased him away. 3 weeks later they sent a bill!!! Company seems to be a complete scam.

Exteriors put the vinyl siding on our house. We had damage to a couple of panels. They replaced them and the color was slightly off. They said they would fade to match-2 years later it hasn't happened. We're 4 phone calls into following up with them, along with a call from the builder and nothing. They were so helpful when the neighborhood was being built. Very disappointing.

Exterior Associates installed our roof 5 years ago when the house was built. Some damage occurred recently during a storm so I called to schedule an appointment. After 3 calls, nobody called me back to schedule. Very disappointed and would not recommend using them.

This company installed the original roof on our house about 4 years ago. When we bought the house the inspector show us where we’d possibly have a water leak do to poorly installed shingles and vent. I’ve called them 5 TIMES over the last month each time being told by their office manager they were out of the office but I’d get a call back. NOTHING. Avoid these guys.
