My experience with this company was straight out red carpet service. Doug was upfront, honest, and varying, caring. We needed to get my father’s home cleaned up and really could not afford to replace carpets right now. My dad’s floors smell, look, and feel so clean. Unfortunately, some of the staining in the carpet can’t be removed due to being 40 plus year old carpet, pets, and UV exposure. (Carpet was never cleaned regularly), Doug and his team really did do their best. Treated us with respect and listened with open ears. Gave us a great recommendation for duct cleaning services as well. There a lot of companies out there, I called several and this one by far is the best in the business!!
