Extreme Klean of Southern MD

DO NOT USE! owner and his kid are very unprofessional, extremely uneducated on how to properly clean dryer vents, install gutter guards without damaging the gutters or shingles, or even how to clean a roof (they literally powerwashed up under the shingles on the roof to the point they came off and some how still left behind a ton of moss) very half assed work. owner was called back to the house 4 times because they didn’t rinse off their soap mixture and turned the siding very chalky. each time the owner came back, we just sprayed more. i spent a full day rinsing all that garbage off. Every time he was talked to about these problems, he would either blame the siding for being ‘old’ (house wasn’t even 2 years old yet) or blame his employees. the guys a absolute clown. i would NEVER recomme

Extreme Klean of SoMD came out and power washed my house, walkway, driveway, and porch today. They showed up right when agreed and did everything for a good price (to include the ceiling/railings/posts of the porch and the difficult to reach places on a two story home). I have had my home power washed before and just assumed that the side of my house that gets all the rain and storm winds was permanently stained. Turns out the previous company had done a poor job. Extreme Klean provided next level service. I was honestly impressed with how even the most stained portions of my home are looking fresh again. Many thanks to their team. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for power washing. (wish I would have taken before and after pictures at this point to show the change)

The advertised price is great, but communication is terrible. It was hard to get a response, and we were a no-show for our scheduled house power wash. They never followed up to reschedule. I cannot recommend them.

Frank is very good! Came on time with crew and did the work in a couple of hours. House looks very clean on the outside! Very professional. Great job!
