I contacted Extreme Temp per a friend’s recommendation and it was the best decision I made. Caleb, the owner, came over and talked to me about my AC status. He assured me that I did not need to replace my unit yet - unlike the other company! I was pleasantly surprised by his advice as for the first time, a business did not try to take advantage of the situation and sell me something I didn’t need yet. Caleb was professional, respectful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I felt I could have a Long time relationship with his business, I signed a maintenance contract with him right away (which was very reasonable in comparison to others). The owner , Caleb, did our annual service. He is always so polite, kind, and knowledgeable. Caleb is always on time and he does what he says and says what he will do. They are clean and competent and I would not want to do HVAC work with anyone one else!

I own four separate units in one Development, Extreme Temp have serviced all of my units for the past 2 1/2 years. Replaced two separate units as well! Price wise extremely competitive with other companies. Every employee they send out to do the scheduled check ups or when having any ac problems are really nice individuals (my favorite is Colden). They all take time to answer questions, explain anything that is necessary. Highly recommend Extreme Temp
