They completely transformed our backyard — dismantling our old, rotted patio and replaced it with a beautiful, solid decorative pergola, matching flagstone, and a gorgeous firepit. Mark was extremely responsive and accomodating throughout the process of having our patio extended and patio cover installed. His crew is quick, thorough and they clean everything up at the end of each day. The whole process only took a few weeks, and Mark was very communicative about what to expect and when things were going to happen. He does what he says he will do and takes pride in the outcome of the project. He also beat other quotes that we received. The concrete overlay on our front porch looks amazing too. Solid work, responsive, and a good attention to details. New privacy fence with driveway gate, stamped concrete patio, and beautiful architectural patio cover, all stained to match. We had our patio extended by Mark Roberts with Extreme Woodcare that came highly recommended by one of my neighbors. Throughout the entire process, Mark was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He also does a great job scheduling and meeting the timelines that he set. He checked in on his crew and on us every day throughout the process. My husband and I are very impressed with the structure and the concrete work that has was put into the work. His crew was quick, professional, respectful and does a great job through the entire process cleaning up everyday before they leave. We hired Extreme Wood Care back in January to build a 20x16 covered pavilion with stamped concrete and a stone fireplace. Despite some setbacks due to unforeseen weather, we're very happy with the finished product. His crews were very professional and did a great job. One thing I really was impressed with is at the final inspection, the City of McKinney inspector told me "it's perfect!" As with any construction project, nothing will always go to plan. His normal plumber wasn't available so he had to use a backup plumber, and the plumber made some executive decisions that I wasn't 100% happy with, but Mark did what he could to make it right.
