Exum Plumbing

I called Exum plumbing after calling another plumber whose quote was 600% higher than Exum. Exum was affordable, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Exum Plumbing.

My wife called them to fix a fitting on the supply line to our house. Thwy came out turned out previous owner had a T installed and it had come off. Instead of cutting out the T they just plumber puddied a cap on. It worked for a day until the puddy failed. I work on the road and was called to come home to see why the yard was still wet. Found what they had done and called to let them know it was broke again. This was at 3:30 on a Friday was told by secretary that she would put me on the board. The crummy fix they did cost me 283.38 the total for me to fix was 3 dollars. These people just saw a female alone and thought lets take advantage of her. Oh they did call on Monday and ask if they could come out. Save a headache and go with anyone else.

We had a major gas leak because Exum employees didn't tighten a coupling on a repair they did for us. Owner said he'd "help us out" with the hefty gas bill but that hasn't happened yet. My husband has tried reaching out to them multiple times but it's been about 3 months now with no response. I hate bad reviews but leaving a review is all I know to do at this point. Call someone else if you need work done!

Great workers, always very polite and professional. A bit pricy but my leak was repaired without me having to do it. Only bad thing is there is no schedule for dispatch. Your name goes on a board and they work by going to an area, if you are in that area you get a great crew to fix your issue. I have used them twice and will continue, my avg wait from calling in to arrival is about 9 - 10 days and I live in Deport, so probably not that much work in my geographical area. Cost and wait keeps Me from giving 5 stars.

Had them come out to Honey Grove and swap out a toilet! The job was done properly but we were stunned when they charge us $600. Lesson, get price before you allow them to do the job! We provided the new toilet!
