I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Eye-Maid this time around. I’ve booked with them previously and had a great experience, which is why I came back — but today was completely different. We scheduled an appointment yesterday for a cleaning of the entire first level, including the outside of the cabinets, baseboards, floors, and the half bathroom. The quote and the booking included two cleaners, which was important because the space needed more than one person to complete everything within a reasonable time. But today, only one cleaner showed up. When I called to ask why, I was told that the second cleaner “called out” and that if I wanted another person to come, I would have to pay extra — even though the original booking already included two people. I highly recommend EyeMaid Cleaning Service! I am a Mom of 8 with 7 small children in the home. Two kind ladies came in and worked so diligently! Even with my kids coming into the room they were working in from time to time, they treated them all with such kindness. Every room was cleaned with perfection. Needless to say our home is a decent size to accommodate a large family. However, the ladies did an excellent job with cleaning and communicating. I’m very happy and feel so blessed to have found a service I will continue using for all my cleaning needs.

She sent me a few service options to choose from after my initial deep cleaning. Once I confirmed my service orders, we signed our agreements for services they will provide, and my finalize step was to approve the schedule estimate, start date, and time. Heather, showed up on the day of my deep clean and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. It was clean, fresh, spotless, and smelled amazing. They were also very careful when cleaning the different natural, and stone surfaces, from hardwood to granite marble. That was very impressive.
