I feel like I basically paid $50 to get my car scratched up… I don’t have the words. *UPDATE* I was able to speak to the owner and a few of the staff members. I must say they are some of the most down to earth and understanding people I’ve spoken to this year. Not only did they show me the video proof of what happened and apologized, they made sure my car looked the same way it came in by fixing it. I was really bummed when I wrote my first review but, this family has been in business for 30 years and how they treated me with love and respect shows why. I felt very valued as a customer and going forward whenever I need to park in the bronx, they can count me as a customer for life!
