I do not recommend Eddy at EZ Floors! Everything went great at first and he seemed helpful but not so much during the process. He wouldn’t come check the job, took the money before the job was finished, even though he said he wouldn’t and my husband and I pretty much finished the process with 3rd contractor on our own and never heard from Eddy again! He literally only cares about himself (don’t you dare question him 😂) and doesn’t want to address any of the customers issues!The work did come out great after over a month full of issues, but again, no thanks to Eddy. I could go on but already long enough. FYI… we are now using the 3rd contractor independently that he sent out! The pics below are from the second contractor that came out and left this way!

It was time to replace the floors in our home. . . we shopped around at various places but found EZ Floors based on recommendations from friends who had used them in their home as well as several rent houses they own. EZ Floors was very easy to deal with. Sal is a great salesman, he knows his stuff and was good at giving advice without pushing certain products. We used them for our whole house. Some of it was carpet, some was tile. As with most places EZ Floors basically just contracts the work out to a subcontractor(s). The guys that actually did the work were okay. The floors came out great, but we had a few issues along the way. For example they broke a water hose which resulted in water in 2 of my rooms (luckily the carpet that got damaged was being replaced anyway). There was

Wonderful salespeople, wonderful crew, beautiful work. We are so pleased! From start to finish, everything was handled promptly and professionally! Our salesperson, Jeff, took the time to explain the process, length of time the project would take and notified us immediately with any changes. The crew leader, Zac was also very helpful. The crew was outstanding! They arrived on time every morning around 9 and worked until around 5. They took great care to cover our furniture and other items to keep everything from getting too dusty. I would highly recommend EZ Floors to anyone looking for professionalism, courtesy and a competitive price! We will be using EZ Floors in the future when we are ready for new flooring in our bathrooms! Thank you, Jeff and team!! 😊

Mazin was a fantastic salesperson to work with and walked us through every step of the process in getting our new floors completed. Our contractors did an excellent job and showed a lot of attention to detail in their work. we are extremely happy with how the floors turned out and will be working with Mazin and EZ Floors again in the future!
