EZCOOL mini split system

Can not say enough good things about EZCOOL! We purchased two Traiden 12,000 BTU 110V minisplit systems (at an incredible price), had them installed by one of EZCOOL's recommended vendors--and they have cooled and heated our place flawlessly. When we had a minor electrical issue that affected the system--even though it had nothing to so with the Traiden systems we purchased--Nikolai generously came out to help us the same day and fixed the issue quickly. I would highly recommend that anyone in need of a minisplit system purchase it from EZCOOL! Great products and amazing service!

Was super nice and accommodating while in the store. As soon as I tried to contact him when I was home to help me troubleshoot it was the different story. All of a sudden he was unresponsive and not nearly as helpful. That being said I got it hooked up and wasn't going to leave a bad review until the thing is just too loud and extremely cheaply made. Also he States you can run the lines out either side of the mini split but you cannot you can only run it out the left side if you try to run it out the right side you will break them they are so thin

I had. Purchased a Traiden 36000 BTU mini split from ezcool in statesville nc. I am very impressed with the power of this unit. And would highly recommend this unit to all of the people looking for a mini split. Also, the owners of the company answer that phone and any questions you have real quick.. I had installed this myself inside my 30x40 metal building. Which I hid the lines between the 2 walls inside my shop so you do not see any of the lines going outside to the unit.Super clean install and works great

The people at this company were very helpful and took a lot of time to explain how everything works with the units and what size and placement we need. They work hard to set you up for success.
