EZGreen Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning

I personally would avoid this company. I scheduled service and was quoted 99.00 to come out. I was told that I would be contacted if further work or charges were needed. That was not the case. I got a call after the work was done and was told it was 375.00! I was not happy at all but paid it. I was told they have expenses to run the company. I ran the brand new dryer after he left and it still did not dry the clothes. I unhooked the vent from the wall and the dryer worked fine. So the vent is still clogged. He showed me a Pic of some lint on the floor and a 7 second video and told me he was just a technician and I needed a service person to fix it. That something must be broken in the vent. The problem is it is seriously clogged and he can't fix it.
