Excellent Customer Service, Qualified technicians and extremely fast service. My furnace blower quit working in the middle of these freezing temperatures and they had me a new one faster than I could blink. Totally amazed by the efficiency and quickness to meet my needs. Thank You ! This isn’t the my first encounter with this company and it’s why I’m a repeat customer. They have always exceeded my expectations and continue to provide a service that gives me home ownership satisfaction. Previous visits included inspecting my furnace, advising me to upgrade my central air unit, which I did, and continuing to provide a service at exceeds my expectations. Had our new furnace, a/c and tankless hot water heater installed by Kling's. We also have their service plan. All of the techs that have worked at our house have been punctual and professional. We are very happy with the service we get and will continue to use this great local company! EDIT: We paid less for the install of the furnace, a/c and tankless water heater than other people I know have paid for just the a/c install...

They serviced my 95 year old dad trailer last year..He has the same problem as they were suppose to fix ..guy came out today and told him they took out the ..insulation...now he has to find someone to put a piece back in .it is ashame ..

My grandmother purchased a service plan through Klings before winter and last week her power went out and as a result her heater/furnace starting having some issues. She called Klings to come out to try and resolve the problem, they came out and informed her that one of the main components of the system was going bad and that the whole unit should be replaced. I found this hard to believe as the unit is relatively new so I called up another company (Anytime) and they arrived within 90 minutes, looked over everything and noticed that a sensor which should have been cleaned during the prior service call was dirty and most likely the cause of the issue. Showed up, didn't have the $100 fee on me said my Mother was going to swing by with it. Tech said the furnace needed a control module and the office will call me on the price of one. Said don't worry about the $100 today we will bill you. A week and a half passes and no response. Then a bill for the "service fee" arrived. On it, it said "Customer refused service" So, I call them and said what the hell is this? And the irate woman in the office informed me that the tech said that we have no money and are broke. Since the furnace is about 20 years old. They automatically pushed for a full replacement or they wouldn't touch it. Long story short, D.E.
