I rented a horrible house from DL Enterprises, run by this same group, for 5 years. We got stuck in the house during covid and couldn't move out. Finally moved out in July and have not received a single response since. I've called 3 or 4 different numbers, emailed the lady I dealt with the whole time and sent texts. I don't know if they are still in business or not. I even tried to put in a maintenance request to see if that would go through. Do not rent from DL Enterprises, run by F&H. I would assume if they handle their rentals like this, they're a bad company to begin with
