I contracted for some lawn work late last fall. It didn't make sense to complete the work at that time due to the weather, but they asked for full payment. However, in the spring, they did not finish the work. I asked for a partial refund for the work not completed 3 months ago. Still no refund.

I have used them for my personal residence with property and a commercial office building. Fair and good work. David

I would never use this company again. It all started about 4 years ago. I purchased some bushes from them, they installed them. I ask for monthly service for the bushes. They came and sprayed some kind of "vegetation" spray and killed half of my bushes , they would not replace them even though they were under warranty. So I have to pay to have them replaced. Now I'm in almost $8000 and now I have 1 dead bush, I ask them to replace that one when they installed the last bunch of bushes, but the installer said this one will be fine, just wait til spring. We'll it's spring and it's still dead. They will not replace it even though it is under warranty. Now they won't answer any of my calls or texts. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Initially, very good. However, recently, not so good. I had an issue with a requested re-seed. The “operations manager” came out and tried to upsell me on re-sodding. Now, in our rainy season, I am on day 11 with no mowing. I called (the ladies are very nice) and they said I had a ticket printed but she wasn’t sure what happened. She talked to the mowing manager and they will be here today, so we’ll see. It would have been nice to call or text and say “hey, we are really backed up” but nothing. I honestly thought I’d been dropped. Communication could have better. Maybe staffing is a problem I don’t know.
