Faber Paint & Wallpaper

Just wanted to say thank you to Judy for helping me throughout the years with picking out paint colors. I discussed wallpapering my closet doors with her and wanted to show her how it turned out.

Todd and Andy are not only personable, but they are also VERY knowledgeable about what paints to use on any substrate. And if you can even coat it. They won't try to upsell you, but rather just give you advice on the best coating for the job. And they will help you with finding a painter for the job. They have many years of experience to back up my claims.

Excellent customer service, especially Judy. Graciously fixed a gallon (1 out of 5 purchased) that was a slight bit lighter than the other 4, with no problems whatsoever.

Disappointed with customer service today with only one other customer in the store. Woman was polite saying we would be helped in a moment. Another customer arrived and was waited on by the other employee before us. We left and went to Sherwin-Williams who had fantastic customer service!

I needed to pick a paint color for my sunroom. The color I orliganally picked out was more green than yellow. On a whim I stopped at this paint store to find a soft yellow. Judi was wonderful and helped me pick the perfect color. My sunrooom is beautiful thanks to her advice. I will be back for sure!
