FACTORY DIRECT FLOOR STORE

This is our 3rd project with Brian and Factory Direct. We bought vinyl flooring and had it delivered to our house in Colorado. Showed local installer our materials bill, he was surprised at cost, much cheaper than he could provide ( over $1 per sq ft). Great product, great price! We're happy. Thank you Factory Direct.

Very happy we decided to step into FDFS for our laminate installation project in our home. The entire project went very smoothly starting with Bryan kindly and efficiently helping us with any questions without being pushy about anything. He got us in the schedule quickly and his installer Alfonso and crew was extremely professional about being on time every day, keeping us informed, and cleaning up at the end of each day. We were very impressed by their installation quality, working around the height differences with the doors, jams, baseboard, etc. to make it look seamless. I had a great experience with Factory Direct Floor Store. Bryan helped me pick flooring selections that were current, American made, and safe. He sent us samples to compare, and provide great customer service to help us choose and prepare. The team came in and did our whole house. It feels like we moved into a new home. Carpets look great... floors look great... and a great price. I can't figure out why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars-- this team was very responsive and did outstanding work.
