Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Andrea was the best! She was SO helpful, and went out of her way to help us get the materials we needed, as quickly as possible. After looking around, Factory Direct had the best price on the flooring, and it was ready for pickup the same day we paid, and when we needed extra she went above and beyond getting it ready for pickup. I really can’t say enough great things about them as a company. Great customer service goes a LONG way, and because of that I would recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.

I will admit that I was a bit hesitant at first because the price I was quoted was so much less than other places that were in-town for me.
