This place is run by a fast-talking, machismo salesman. If we don’t know each other, please don’t call me Sweetheart. I got the feeling he does a lot of commercial business and doesn’t have the patience for smaller residential projects. He had a hard time returning my phone calls and scheduling their only install guy. When I finally did talk to him, he sounded overwhelmed and told me he had, “twelve other people who needed to be scheduled.” Installation felt rushed. They didn’t remove the old linoleum flooring and added vinyl on top, so the floor is uneven at the bedroom doorways. There are gaps where the floor meets the baseboards (and keep in mind we had baseboards removed for this project so this wouldn’t happen), as well as several bumps and uneven places throughout the house. Tony and his employees are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They did a great job on installation, and when I called Tony with a question after the job was done and paid for, he called his installers, and they came to my house 30 minutes later to take care of the issue! Fantastic customer service!

Very helpful and patient, as I took FOREVER to decide what I wanted. I even left after not being able to choose after looking around for quite some time. When I returned, I thought for sure they were going to be like "oh great, we've gotta deal with her again!" Lol They did not try to rush me, and were so very helpful, and informative. So disrespectful! Not professional!! I really don’t want to put any stars to be honest, I was just there 4/17/19 helping my mom look for flooring and I finally walk in and my mother shows me the flooring they are trying to sale her. Well it looked really thin and cheaply looking, so I said it looked thin! I mean customers can voice their opinion on something they do not like about a product! But oh No not at Factory Direct!!! One of the sales representatives walked off and starts running his mouth saying I’m done with her, she just walks in here and says what she needs to say, I’m not going to help them! Wow really professional? Most disrespectful flooring company I’ve ever walked into! For one you do not disrespect women like that and honestly I hope this business does not stay open here

I would not recommend. I sent a message to try to get help from someone since I don’t live in Longview and this was what I got in response. I work 9-6 everyday except Sunday and they are closed. Obviously I know I can go by the store but if I’m texting you it’s for a reason and that’s for help. I never have been to this place before and definitely won’t be going. Very rude.
