Had some carpet insalled. It is great! However has some flooring for installed on an enclosed porch. It came up once and some of it was replaced. It is coming up again. Installer told me he had told the mgr that an additional step was needed and was told to just do it. AND my biggest problem is... They do not return phone calls; they don't return emails; the shipment is stuck in Dayton. Every time I wanted to make arrangements for anything whether it be installation or fixing problems, I had to go personally. Then it may or may be followed up.

The owner needs to retire if he can't talk to customers with respect or hold simple conversations. $10k+ in sales lost. What a big dummy. Avoid this place! I called to get some quotes. We already decided on solution dyed nylon as a material but we were open minded to different brands. The alleged owner (Bruce) answered the phone. Bruce sounded elderly, but not in a good way. I told him what material I wanted and he mumbled to himself for about 5 minutes sounding very lost while he was looking through his products trying to find something. When he finally focused his attention back to me he began to talk somewhat coherently. Bruce starts describing a polyester carpet and how it's so much better than the nylon that I asked for. Unprompted he went on about poly features, wear, etc, etc. I

we had laminate flooring put in by these people and it developed a crack very quickly due to the uneven OSB underneath it they should have smooth that out first. we called four times over a year and couldn't get them to come out and fix the crack in the laminate I had to fix it myself I will never go back again

Amazing customer service and installation. I went in not even knowing what i wanted, they helped me pick out a carpet and came two days later to measure. My carpets were installed amazingly! I’m so so happy and will continue to buy my flooring here!!

Bruce and Cody have taken care of Carpet and flooring on all of my properties for 30 years. The quality of the products is superior than the Franchise large hardware Stores. I don't like giving referrals but, at this local flooring store I will make an exception. No issues or complaints and many orders.
