Factory Flooring Liquidators

I do not recommend having ANY flooring shipped from this store. Eight of the thirty-three boxes of engineered hardwood were damaged. At least two of the boxes were clearly impaled by a fork lift. The pallet they were delivered on was unstable and missing a bottom rail. They used Oak Harbor Freight Lines for shipping. I had to track the shipment down after it was nearly 2 weeks late. Not all wood was damage in each box, so I asked for a refund of just one box. They said they were going to work with the carrier. Having hear anything for weeks. Do not have product shipped from this store. I’ve had better success with companies out of California.

A place where they go out of their way. They just don't sale floorings, they want to make sure you are going home with no regrets. A fantastic team that does great installings. Great showroom display with thousands of options to pick from. Highly recommend!

If you need flooring this is the place to go. It’s the best in the DFW area but also they’re online and basically ship everywhere on the mainland. The workers and owners are friendly and very helpful. This was my first time buying flooring and Factory Flooring Liquidators was so helpful. I recommend this to anyone who’s looking for good quality flooring, a good price, and experienced workers.
