From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience. They were thorough in discussing all options for our under counter lighting project and we were beyond pleased with the results! Highly recommend using them and we will indeed use them again!

I had an electrical emergency and Louie came out in an hour and half. While here, he and ComEd quickly determined it was a ComEd problem, so Louie wasn’t needed. I asked what I owed him for making the trip out so quickly and he refused to take my money. They are prompt and professional and I will be calling them for my electrical needs moving forward.

I feel compelled to leave a good review. Not because of the work they do, but because of the experience I’ve heard in detail through word of mouth. And it seems to match the other reviews. Kind, respectful, quick as they’re able to go, and most importantly, COURTEOUS AND HONEST. I think we can all agree it can be anxiety inducing having to make the call for service, then have them come into your home, then pray it’s not gonna cost an entire paycheck to fix. So kindness and patience from servicemen goes a long way. Kindness in general does. Shoutout to Thomas Powell. And shoutout to the decent people at FSE.

Great guy and company! They answered the phone promptly and he came out exactly when he said he would the next day. Very friendly guy! I would definitely go with the company again.
