Igor and his team at Fair Heating and Air took great care of my needs. They first assessed the situation and sent me a quote the same day. I got the install on the schedule within a week. The installation day went great. Everything with the old unit taken care of and the new unit installed. Igor made sure to program the new controller and checked that wonderful cold air was blowing. I highly recommend Fair Heating and Air.

2025 Edit- Had to call a new HVAC company due to Fair not seeing a fairly large leak and my unit going out in the middle of summer. It was the exact same issue I had called Fair for before. When I attempted to call them to fix it they quoted me at least 3 days. Called another company and they came asap and did an actual weld to fix everything. They came out when everyone else was giving 3-4 day quotes. Igor explained everything in depth while fixing the issues and charged well within the guidelines I was hoping for. Highly recommend.

I have used Fair heating and air 4 different times now between our personal home and our commercial business. They have been on time every single instance I have called. They come out the same day I called each time. Igor himself has diagnosed the issue each time within 15 minutes being on site. He has had the parts he needed to make the repair each time. They are the best in East Tennessee hands down. I won’t call anyone else. Their prices are better than anyone else in town. They are honest, polite and family oriented that much is obvious from the first impression.
