Looking for a home remodel contractor? Look no further than Fairfax Build & Design. Their work is beyond excellent! Communication is constant and estimates were near actual costs. I cannot say enough about working with Hector and his team. Our remodel included a rec room, which we added a mini bar, raised ceiling, added recessed lighting and a closet. There was no rough in for plumbing for our a bathroom addition. We added a new bath, complete with a spa shower with jets. In the unfinished area, we now have a new home gym, complete with a three person sauna. Hector modified the sauna door in order for it to conveniently assessable to enter. He goes above and beyond. This remodel was done a couple of years ago, and most recently, we needed a load bearing wall removed between our kitc

I had a specific idea for replacing a microwave with a range hood resulting in a necessary small redesign of my kitchen storage. Hector worked closely with me to understand my needs, providing guidance throughout my decisions, and completed the task maintaining communication throughout. Efficient, knowledgeable, hard-working and reasonably priced considering the amount of attention he paid to details. It would definitely be a trustworthy investment to hire Mr. Reyes for home upkeep, remodel or build.

Hector and team did a wonderful job on out main bathroom renovation this fall of 2023. He helped us with an awesome design that made the most use of the space that we had. We were happy with the cost, design and his ability to work with our wants and needs.
