We are extremely pleased with Cheryl Terry from Fairview Kitchen. She helped us design our dream kitchen from the beginning to the end. We entered this process with completely overwhelmed. Cheryl walked us through every stage from beginning to the end. Cheryl was extremely patient and helped us with all the minor details. Both she and Marco (sliding door rep) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They recommended a phenomenal contractor whom they closely with. It was a pleasure to work with Cheryl and Marco on kitchen cabinets, countertops, and hardwood flooring! Excellent customer service and quality of products! I tend to get overwhelmed when I go into big box stores, so this was a no-brainer for us.

As a local business owner it brings me no joy to denigrate a fellow business, but the quality of the cabinets I have received from Fairview have been subpar…on BOTH occasions. We did a kitchen remodel where the client provided the cabinetry from Fairview. We had to send back a refrigerator panel that was terribly warped. The second one they sent to replace it was chipped. They also sent out a pantry unit door that was bent. My carpenter also informed me that many of the face frames on the units were warped. We are currently remodeling a bathroom where the client purchased the vanity from Fairview.
