Our keypad stopped responding, and we had to use the emergency release every day. They installed a new wireless entry pad, tested the receiver, and showed us how to reset the codes. They also cleaned and adjusted the photo sensors for added safety.
This was a “please just make it stop shaking” call. The garage door rattled like crazy. He tightened brackets, replaced two hinges, and did a proper tune-up with lubrication and balance testing. I didn’t realize how bad it had gotten till it was fixed.
Old motor was stuttering. Cole recommended a belt-drive opener upgrade, balanced the garage door, and replaced one spring. Super quiet now.
