john is a very good gentleman! we needed some customized fryer lids , definitely not a big order, but still he still took care of it with so much care as if it was a 6 figure order, he updated the design multiple times to make sure it's what we want thanks again !

i reached out to try and customize an item via phone , we were told to send details to the email , we did so , we waited for an estimate nothing happened.. we called them and told them everything was sent and that we're waiting for their estimate, they said they will send it.. we received nothing still. we tried to be positive and have good faith , so we decided to go ourselves and meet them, they took all details again promised to send an estimate.. nothing happened again. we can't judge the product they make to be fair, but we can definitely judge how lightly they take people's time. there's nothing wrong to tell people you can't work with them for your own reasons.. but it's unacceptable to waste customer's time. we hope you guys will improve.

THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR FREIGHT INVOICES. Be careful if you are a truck driver or a freight company. We have been patient and have continued to try and work with them on getting their account taken care of but they have yet to resolve the matter. Shipments from June still outstanding with no timeframe in sight.

I called Falcon Fabricators in Nashville and unfortunately had to deal with their receptionist, Ema / Ama. Easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like answering a simple question was too much effort. First impressions matter, and when the front desk sets such a negative tone, it reflects badly on the entire company. If this is how they handle potential clients, I can’t imagine what working with them would be like.

I've been working with John for years. None of my jobs are big, but Falcon has always shot straight with me and provided quality work. If your expectation is that you are the most important customer and it's your first small order request, then you should go somewhere that does crap work and charges double for it. You want it right, fair, and honest, then call Falcon.
