Osvin Chirinos arrived on time, was very pleasant and got right to work installing the humidifier. He explained everything expertly and showed me how to operate the system. During this very cold and snowy situation we found ourselves needing to have our HVAC system replaced. We were have trouble with heating the house. Our home could only heat up to 63 degrees. We reached out to 3 different companies and Falcon had the by far the best estimate. We met with them on Wednesday and the new system was installed on Friday. The Falcon team including Alex who prepared the estimate and service team Tey and Charlie who’s work was excellent. I can honestly say I have never seen anything as nice as what they did both inside and outside the house.
