Falk Plumbing Supply

This was a first. After being asked if I had made an appointment, I let the sales person know that I had not, but that I had called several times that morning to try to do so. I was then called a liar, and told that I had not, in fact, called. Of course I took exception to being called a liar, things escalated, and I ended up being literally chased from the store. It almost turned into a fight! I don’t know what’s going on with this sales person, Alan, but he definitely has some serious issues. Management needs to take a long look at this man, and I would steer wide and far from this supplier. I did instruct my contractor that not a single piece of supply from Falk was to be used in my home remodel. Incredible!

Truck drivers please avoid this place They are very rude and unprofessional toward drivers Specially at Shipping and receiving department

Went in to see about working with this company on my remodel project. Asked if they could help me or should I go the the big warehouse store. They said that they could help me with my project. Unfortunately they sold me items that didn’t suit my needs & very overpriced. It was quite disappointing. They can do better.

Update: please note in the companies reply, they’re claim to take covid serious yet no explanation as to why ever single customer and employee wasn’t wearing a mask yet they singled out my wife and I who they didn’t know as regular customer. We are thankful that we were able to find Sanders from this ordeal as they have delivered our whole house plumbing needs and radiant supplies at a better rate than phone quoted by Falk and couldn’t be more happy with their customer service. Falk will not get another opportunity and should take the review as a lesson for future potential customers who enter their establishment. Visited their store today for the first time. Regular customers all inside without masks and the guy behind the counter who wasn’t covering his face with his mask stated my wife

Allen in the show room floor gave me excellent top-notch, A-1 customer service. Along with David at counter sales. I am definitely recommending it to anyone that gets lost at Lowe's.
