Fallon Movers were an excellent company to work with. Lindsey was a great help, always checking in with me to see how I was doing with the packing. The movers went above and beyond. They even blew out my garage with my leaf blower when they were done!! I did not expect that. They were willing to move things in another area if I wanted them to. All in all, they did an awesome job and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The crew was great. We moved from a 1,700 sq ft 2 story townhome with finish base and moved to a bigger home. Moved on 11/6/25. They were very careful even when carrying heavy furniture that was quite challenging come down a narrow stairway with wooden bannister. They were efficient and polite. The whole move took about 8.5 hrs. They had to take apart a electric recliner couch which took time. Unfortunately, it was reassembled incorrectly & would only recline 30% of the way. We didn't notice this with all things going on until the next day. We called , and they happily agree to send a person out to fix it the next day. They apologized, and the service guy was polite and had to unassembled & reassembled it the right way and did so without any fuss, In their defense, there was no manual so

Jennifer who I believe is the customer service Manager is EXCELLENT! Super professional, smart, intuitive and a problem solver. I would have lost my sanity entirely if it wasn't for her throughout my process. Unfortunately the rest of the experience wasn't as great. I had 2 men delivering a new fridge and taking the older/broken fridge. Thanks to Jennifer she caught that the company who ordered the delivery and pickup hadn't included picking up the old fridge and she rectified this days before my scheduled delivery. Of the 2 men who arrived, one was very kind, quiet and professional. The other man literally threw a man-baby tantrum at my front door when I reminded him he was there to also remove the old fridge. He was yelling, throwing his arms up and down and stormed my sidewalk saying
