I’ve been using Falmouth Energy for a few years and they have been excellent. Everyone there has been a pleasure to deal with and today got me out of a jam by showing up the day after Christmas within a half hour and repairing my system

I have used Falmouth Energy for a couple years now. We switched to them after having another company for many years. Their customer service reps are more helpful and willing to answer all my questions; since I had a number of them after switching from bio-fuels, that destroyed our heating system. Their deliveries are made in a timely manner and their drivers are always pleasant. Very happy with the switch we made!

I needed help deciding what to do with my old rusty oil tank. First I looked on line. then I called Falmouth Energy. Cheryl, who's very nice to talk to and efficiently runs the office, got the process started. Bill came over and put my mind at ease with his honesty and professionalism. The installation of a new tank went smoothly, Steven and the guys knew what they were doing and I was pleased with the outcome. I had made the right decision.
