La Familia pool company had to be one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. I paid them to reline. My pool came out terrible last year. They closed my pool put a chemical and destroy the color of the liner on the bottom of the pool Andres the manager, it’s very irresponsible when it comes to answering clients phone calls I would highly Suggest that you pick another company when it comes to pool services.

They closed my pool last season and I was very happy with their service and booked them for this year to open. However, this year they opened my pool and did not have a part to fix something. Andres said that they would come back after Memorial Day to fix the issue, but my pool would be fine until then and to text him to remind him to come back in June. I texted him multiple times as well as left voice messages that all went unanswered. I even said I understand that it’s the busy season, and just let me know when he would be available. No response EVER! Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, and found it comical how the company posted across different social media platforms to call them to inquire about their services. Andres is very professional and courteous he change my pool liner and did an awesome job.He has been doing my weekly vacuuming and Opening for 6 years and never had a problem. I been very happy with Familia Pool services ever since a friend recommended them.

I needed my pool liner changed. After reading the reviews, I took the chance on contacting Andres at Familia Pools. At first he was responsive, and would return calls/texts. We scheduled an appointment, he did not show up, call or text. I let it go because it was a rainy week. I then reach out to him, and we set up a new day for him and his workers to come by. The arrived, measured my pool, checked out the liner I had purchased myself and Andres tells me they will come by tomorrow. Around 10am he sends me a text saying his guys will be over. The guys show up, my husband let them in. About an hour later, they pack up and leave and don't say a word to my husband. I text Andres asking if everything was ok, no response. Someone from the company came over to check our pool. After checking it for 2-3mins, he left with no words. I had to call him to figure out what's going on? and why he left？Turns out he said "we won't be happy with their service because repairing our pool will be very complicated." (Sorry that it's a challenging job for a company that does poor repair, maintenance, cleaning!). I asked for an rough estimate for repair, and was only told that they charge $350 for cleaning out filters and their will be additional charges. I asked for an rough estimate again cause he just said there will be additional charges, I was told that I will receive a text that tells me how much everything would cost.
