Bad customer service, had cleaned a carpet for a house I moved into and acted like he didn’t do the work. Called back with more detailed info and suddenly remembered. Caused mold in one room by not doing a good job of cleaning! and would not take responsibility for shoddy work. Said he didn't have time to come by, even though I have severe allergies. Got someone in who did a much better job. See photos for what this guy left behind. Not sure how this business got 4.9 stars, prob all family. My suggestion, STAY FAR AWAY!

I am very satisfied with the service we received. Our carpets look brand new again. I feel good knowing my puppies accidents (she's fully potty trained now) have been cleaned up. We will definitely use Family Carpet Care for our future carpet maintenance. Thank you doing such a nice job. Desiree'

He was readily available, affordable, very kind and professional and made sure my family and I were satisfied. I recommend giving him a call with any carpet needs. He was wonderful!

I'd recommend Family Carpet Care to absolutely anyone! They are very reasonably priced, very punctual and was even early. They got the carpet in my house cleaned in about a hour. I had 6 areas of carpet and 4 of them were large areas. Mike was extremely professional and will even tell you tricks on how to get up little spots. I will definitely call them again in 6 months for another cleaning since its recommended to clean every 6 months.
