JRB was recommended by the Generac website. I contacted through email. Ruby responded very quickly! We discussed my needs and again she was very responsive. JRB sent a technician on time. He was very methodical in his process. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing. I was very impressed with the tech and the company's response. I plan on requesting a couple more jobs very soon. Highly recommend!

I was pleased that it wasn’t anything major and he found the issue right away and fixed it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would call them again if needed. The only con was I thought $105 was a bit much to change one outlet. But then again everything these days is overpriced.

JRB managed the electrical for my new build - dealing patiently with multiple delays on my end over the course of a year+. They were always on-site when they promised (and we’re fairly remote), they communicated clearly with me the entire way, the electricians were friendly, professional, clean and knowledgeable, the project bid was reasonably priced and they did excellent work all the way through inspection.  JRB will be the first call I make with any electrical needs in the future!

Impressive, honest, and reasonably priced. I was worried that it was going to take thousands to fix our electrical problems. They replaced an overhead light with fan and fixed several plugs. I thought I was gonna have to replace all of my wiring through my house and that wasn’t even the case. Thank you, JRB for being honest we will Be scheduling for some more work to be done. I was truly surprised what I ended up paying..
