Family First Appliance Repair

I had a very bad experience with 'Family First Appliance Repair' service. I had an issue with my 'GE Dishwasher' as it is not sanitizing the dishes. When spoke to GE customer care, they assigned this task to these folks. A couple of guys showed up on the appointment date. The problem starts from here. Without even checking the issue, they simply told that the model i am using doesnot have vent and i will not get much heat for my dishes. I insisted them to take a look at the dishwasher and check the problem. Then they identified an issue with heating element and told me that they they need to order the part from GE and asked me to follow up after 3 days. It has to be the best around! 0 issues. They showed up. Took my old fridge out and installed the new one within the hour. Great company

Presently in same situation as many others. Our new dryer was delivered and not working properly, home deport told us to contact GE for service who sent out Family First Mason diagnosed the problem and said he would expedite the ordering of the part and should be delivered in five days. We can six days later and Emily said part was ordered a few days ago and would still take 10 business days to arrive. We then call GE who called Family First and Emily now says the part was not ordered and can't even track the order and can't call thier own technician. We left text for technician without any response. Even if part came in they have no available service available for three weeks. They have absolutely no care for customers who need things fixed. They do not return calls and expect cli

I should have give ZERO rating. Very Poor Customer response. I booked an appointment with them 13 days after I called. They did not show up and when I reached out to them thru text and voice call, No Response. I reached out again the next day and they informed me that service was not available in my area, a no communication to the end customer. Don't waste your time with this service center.

After waiting over a week for an appointment, the tech showed up and couldn't care less. He actually told me he hates GE combo units. The issue was not resolved and I had to call GE to schedule with a different repair company. Very unprofessional
