Excellent customer service, product knowledge, and installation services from start to finish. Carlos guided us through the selection process while understanding our needs and wants. The installers Adam and Noah were on-time, meticulous, and courteous. Upgrading the flooring on all three levels while still living and working in the house was a huge undertaking. Family Flooring got it done on time and on budget. Family Flooring is one of the best contractor experiences I've had during the 23 years I've lived in this house.

I need to share my experience. They are an excellent company to work with. Ann is very knowledgeable and efficient. The reason for the low rating is the final finish. The wood floor area that was replaced in this major project is unacceptable. The planks look warped. I am very unhappy since I will have to look at the defect for ever. It is now worse,

We choose FFA to tile our kitchen floor and our backsplash. Karol was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was supportive and attentive throughout the entire process. She even helped us choose styles and colors for both areas. The installers were friendly, professional, and efficient. We'll be going back to FFA on our next project. Highly recommend!

I recently had my floors completed with Family Flooring America and they were spectacular! Ann was excellent to work with and I have already recommended her to several friends for their future projects. She has excellent communication follow up and really helped us to get what we were looking for in a floor. Ann has tons of experience to share and definitely worth the drive to their show room. He ensured the team did top notch clean up every night and put as much of the house back to normal each night to ensure it was livable. We are extremely pleased with the remodeled bathroom. Ann Hill is easy to work with and provides useful advice. She is also very helpful with selection of tiles, grout, etc. Milo and his sons are meticulous artists when it comes to installing the tile with an exceptional eye for detail. Ann also has excellent recommendations for plumbers and painters. All of the work was carefully coordinated by Ann, including the work with the countertop company (who also did a wonderful job). We could not be happier with our experience and give Family Flooring the highest possible recommendation!
