No stars! He did very bad job. He agreed to do the bathroom and install a new water heater for 1000 dollars labor. I spent 1600.00 in materials. He demoed the bathroom making a hole in the wall which he didn't repair. Fixed the plumbing underneath. He replaced the water damaged floor with the wrong size plywood. He installed the shower that didn't fit, which he ordered himself. I have a 1 inch gap in the back corner where the shower is suppose to meet the wall. Then when he installed the the vanity the floor sunk down a 1/4 inch where he used the wrong size wood. He asked for a partial payment of 700 of the 1000 we agreed on. I told him I would pay him when he fixed the bad work. He agreed to come back and fix it. After he left he called on his cell phone and said he was not coming back

I have the most awesome handyman. He is very responsive and I truly value his opinion. He has never steered me wrong. He has done numerous projects for me and I am satisfied with them all. If you are looking for a honest, responsive, do it right the first time guy, choose Sase.

Cancelled on me last minute. Asked me to call him back in a week due to personal problems he said he was having. Had me wait only to not come at all. Rude and unprofessional.

Fast, clean and very competent. Does an excellent job.
