Family Home & Patio

We used Family Home and Patio to install a new pool and it turned out amazing! I have also seen other pools and hot tubs from friends that look great as well. I highly recommend giving them a call - their quality work and customer service make it worth it!

Bought a refurbished hot tub turned out to be a lemon. They charged me 600$ to deliver. I sat it in place with skidsteer no deductions in the amount. Said a electrican was to wire it. They are not certified. Never again will I waist my time there!!

Know what you need before going into there. We needed a new pump for our pool, gave them all of the information and their professional ordered and sold us an above ground pool pump that was no where near the rating we needed for our inground pool. When we took the pump back they admitted it was their mistake but would only refund us 50% of the almost $1200 we paid because we hooked it up. Mistakes happen, we understand that but they could have at least made an effort to make it right.
