I hired this company to move me June 27, 2022. So they reschedule my move for June 28, 2022 so that I could have a larger truck. Now the nightmare begins they quote me $990 for 5 hrs and 4 mens to move a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house. Travel time between the two house is 15 minutes. They arrived 11:30 . Jimmy inform me that I will be paying for tape and the wrap. When Jimmy comes he has a small truck, so I call the company and ask what happened to the big truck Danwhy did he get the s truck for a 3 bedroom house. WORST MOVING COMPANY IN CHICAGO. Don’t hire them. Terrible lazy, disrespectful movers. No sense of accountability. - From pick up to drive to drop off Alex was incredibly disrespectful to me, my aunt, and my father. He (Alex) referred to me as a child. - The movers were 50min late from the allowed pick up time (9am-11am). - The movers left the pick up address at 1:15 and arrived at 3:58. That is 2 hours and 43min for a trip that takes a max of 1 hour and 30min. - My father and I brought everything in ourselves. Neither mover bothered to even bring up so much as a cushion to my unit. My father and I could have been seriously injured. It was extremely dangerous for them to leave us there. - The furniture is damaged because Alex angrily tore all of the packaging off of my couch and cut th

To start, I booked months in advance. I wanted the first time slot. I was told our arrival time slot was 9-11. They showed up at 11:30. Then they arrived IN A BROKEN TRUCK!! The foreman told me as we were getting into the elevator that he brought a 4th person so now we have to pay that rate instead of the 3 man rate despite my quote and singed booking contract stating 3 people. When we were leaving the storage unit they were moving us out of, they left one guy in the back WITH THE SIDE DOOR OPEN!! Bad enough out belongs were exposed due to the back of the truck but then this too?? Eventually after a few yards the guy got out and they closed the door but still. This is the third time I've used them and the last. They showed up 2.5 hours late with half the crew and 3 hours late with the rest. Never once did they call me to provide an update or give me one when I called them. They crew was slow and damaged a lot of my possessions, I'll attach photos. A move that should have been completed by 1 pm stretched until 5.30 because they decided to start at 11 am vs 8 am when it was forecasted to be in the mid 90s. I understand getting charged for tape and $3.50 a roll is okay but they used over 30 rolls to move furniture and boxes only from a 2k sqft house. They damaged the walls in both homes as well. Again I've used them two times before but this experience was miserable, I wish I could give them negative stars.

DO NOT BOOK THEM!! They are the absolutely worst moving company! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Even Danielle, the manager, is rude and unprofessional. It was the worst experience!
