This business was recommended to me by an independent appraiser under BNI. I was very glad I contacted them. The appointment was made quickly and confirmed by “Jamie”. Casey and Hunter arrived within the 30minute window I was given. They worked calmly and efficiently. They had everything they needed in the truck or kn their tool-bag. They quoted an approximate cost up front, and finalized it at a lesser cost. THAT alone warrants 5 Stars! I highly recommend Family’s Choice for electtical issues!

I hired Family's Choice Electrical Repair to run electricity from my house to my new workshop, which included putting in a bunch of outlets and indoor/outdoor lighting. Casey also recommended lights that would work in the space. Jamie who typically answers the phone was always helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. During the times that they were here, I had a couple minor issues that I brought up and they were immediately handled. During the job, they hit my irrigation (not uncommon). They repaired the pipes that day; however, the irrigation wire was not repaired properly, so my irrigation no longer worked. Casey was here on time. The work was very professional and well done. He went above and beyond to point out some significant safety issues and suggestions on how to take care of them. After discussing and his immediate estimate, I decided to have him go ahead and do that work. I was impressed that he had everything he needed right on the truck and finished everything in about 2.5 hrs. I highly recommend this company and Casey.

FCE saved the day, AGAIN. Greg and his team were able to fit me in their schedule on a Friday evening on a short notice. Their customer service is never short of superior. Casey arrived in a very timely manner and diagnosed the issue promptly and was able to perform “electrical surgery” instead of me panic purchasing a new appliance, assuming it was the issue. They fixed an existing issue we weren’t aware was present and gave me peace of mind after the job was complete. The invoice was more than fair and Family’s Choice Electrical will continue to be our Familys go-to electrician.
