Roberto's Flooring

I have remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms, and my lanai using Roberto’s flooring. From countertops to shower tiles, to lanai flooring they have been top notch. Their customer service is exceptional! Everyone that I have worked with has been terrific. They definitely aim to please. I highly recommend using Roberto’s Flooring & Tile.

We just had new granite countertops installed by Roberto's Flooring, and they did an amazing job. Working Gabe was a pleasure in determining what we want and getting the best price. He setup the whole process and it went well, like a well oiled machine! The installers were fantastic and very pleasant, as well as Alain from Village Plumbing who reinstalled the plumbing.

Normally don’t add reviews, but this one deserves to be shared. Had a 12x15 room needing carpet. Was told it would take 38 sq yds. Grade school Math says 20 ish sq yds. Asked for the extra and was told it was damaged. Not sure why I paid for damaged carpet, but that was the first story. Next was there wasn’t anything usable left. Huh. Asked again and was told they did come up with a 6’ x 12’ perfectly good piece. Still not even close to the 38 sq ft, but starting to get better. Short answer is the install people did a nice job. Pedro has ruined any future business that me or people I know will enjoy. Just flat lies and stories and backpedaling. Ashley was great, so I want to be fair with the hood people. Deal with Pedro at your own risk. Good luck folks.

I was very impressed with the workers, each applying their specific trade. Laying the tile floor; painting the base boards; cutting back the overhead cupboard because the new higher tiles v/s linolium prevented the fridge to go back in its original spot; and the person installing the transition pieces. Six people in all. They all were very pleasant, polite and very hard working. There was a bit of a language barrier but we made the communication work. Great job workers and thank you. Marian

Working with all of Roberto’s people was a great experience from the first time going to the showroom and Ashley helping us to Pedro always there to help. The people who came to install flooring, mirrors, lighting and plumbing were excellent. If you need flooring or other renovations Roberto’s should be your first call!
