I used Fanning Electric when I recently renovated my galley kitchen. Kyle and his staff were very professional and detailed. The lady Julie in the office followed up every step of the way! They advised on what they were doing and obtained all necessary permits . They were very flexible on working times and collaborated with the contractors to coordinate as needed. I highly recommend Fanning Electric for all your electrical needs you will not be disappointed.

I am a local real estate investor in Westchester County. I have Used Kyle and Fanning Electric for several years now for everything from full house electric replacement to small repairs. Our project is not a simple one! Kyle spent considerable time evaluating our situation, providing a multi-step plan for correcting a complicated electrical reality. Two structures with multiple circuit panels & our telephone pole's hook-up to Con-Edison necessitating a complete rebuild. Kyle & his Excellent, courteous Crew handled the first leg of Kyle's plan with great success; We now have a functioning connection to Con Ed along with an equally effective syncing to our Generator system to protect & power both structures. Looking forward to Kyle & his Crew returning next year to complete the replacement of the rest of the panels along with several other repairs! My family and I used fanning electric to install recessed lighting, outdoor lighting fixtures for out porch, back patio and driveway. They also replaced multiple outlets, switches and our bathroom fan/light. Excellent work and service. And they even came back to ensure everything was installed properly.
