Fantasy did an absolutely amazing job setting up our above ground pool. Kaitie, was so knowledgeable and professional and walked us through everything. The guys who installed were very quick, professional, and clean! I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. So friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about Bonnie and the staff at fantasy pools. I went to another pool place because my pool water was green and they kept selling me chemicals after chemicals after chemicals and nothing was making it better. I walked in to fantasy pools on Tuesday and Bonnie immediately knew what the problem was when she saw the chemical reports and told me my alkalinity was zero and my pH was too low. Give me the chemicals I needed within 48 hours by pool is clear. These are the photos. The first one being with my water looks like after the other pool place sold me $300 worth of chemicals. Bonnie diagnosed it was something called PH Green the second picture is 24 hours later and the third picture is 48 hours later. Thank you very much. If I could rate you higher than five stars, I would.

I couldn’t ask for more kindness, patience and knowledge from Kaitie and Bonnie. When I started taking care of our hot tub I had no knowledge about it. They explained the chemicals easily and if I called with questions they took the time to talk me through it, and I know how busy they can be with customers in the store while answering calls. If there were more stars to give I would absolutely give all of them. I would very highly recommend them. Fantastic job
